Refund & Cancellation Policy – Appleton Aviation Academy

At Appleton Aviation Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality ground training and guidance to aspiring pilots. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds.

1. Course Registration & Fee Payment
•Admission to any course is confirmed only after the required fee payment is received.
•All students are advised to carefully review course details before enrolling.
2. Cancellation by Student
•If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment before the commencement of classes, they must submit a written request to the academy.
•Refund eligibility:
•Cancellation within 7 days of enrollment and before classes start → 90% of the fee will be refunded (10% deducted as administrative charges).
•Cancellation after classes have started → No refund will be provided.
•Any study material, notes, or digital content already shared will be deducted from the refundable amount (if applicable).
3. Cancellation by the Academy
•In the rare case where a course is cancelled or rescheduled by Appleton Aviation Academy, students will be offered either:
•A full refund of the fees paid, or
•The option to transfer to another available batch/course without extra charges.
4. Transfer & Substitution
•Students may request to transfer their enrollment to a future batch, subject to availability and approval by the academy.
•Enrollment is non-transferable to another individual.
5. Flying School Referrals
•Appleton Aviation Academy acts only as a mentor and referral partner for flying schools.
•We do not control the admission process, fees, or refund policies of partner flying schools. Students must review and accept the respective flying school’s policies directly.
•Any payments made to third-party flying schools are strictly governed by their terms and are not covered under this policy.
6. Refund Processing
•All approved refunds will be processed within 15–21 working days from the date of confirmation.
•Refunds will be made via the same mode of payment originally used during enrollment.
7. Non-Refundable Fees
•Registration fees, administrative charges, and GST (if applicable) are non-refundable.
